  • Proof of current rabies vaccination is required for all dogs over 6 months of age in accordance with Oregon state law.

  • Yes. A valid card is required to start a client profile and reserve appointments. However, you are still welcome to pay using cash or another preferred payment method at pickup.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-show appointments may be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

  • Most dogs benefit from grooming every 4–8 weeks depending on coat type, lifestyle, and maintenance at home. Higher-maintenance coats may require more frequent visits.

  • Simply submit a new client form and schedule your consultation appointment. If you are interested in one of our membership options, please mention it during your consultation so we can get started on recurring bookings as soon as possible.
