I created Stellar Tails Grooming to combine my passion for creativity, artistry, and animal care into a career that allows me to continuously learn, grow, and serve the dogs I love.

My journey with animals began long before grooming. Growing up, animals were always a major part of my life, and I spent countless hours learning about their care, behavior, and well-being. Through 4-H dog training, animal handling, kennel work, and professional grooming education, I discovered not only a love for working with dogs, but also a deep appreciation for the trust they place in us every day.

Grooming quickly became the perfect blend of everything I enjoy. It allows me to express creativity through styling and scissoring while also focusing on health, comfort, and the overall well-being of each dog. No two dogs are exactly alike, and that's what I love most. Every appointment presents an opportunity to build trust, solve problems, continue learning, and create a positive experience tailored to the individual dog.

The name Stellar Tails was inspired by my blue heeler, Stellar. His name comes from my love of the stars and the movie Interstellar, and when it came time to name my business, Stellar Tails felt like the perfect way to honor the dog who inspired so much of my journey.

Today, my goal is simple to provide a calm, one-on-one grooming experience where every dog is treated with patience, compassion, and respect. Whether your pup is visiting for a routine bath, a full makeover, or their very first grooming appointment, I strive to make every visit safe, comfortable, and tailored to their individual needs.
